Bet PK Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules & Usage Policy

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the Bet PK platform, accessible at betpk.bar, including the downloadable Android application and any mobile browser version. The Terms apply from the moment you visit the site, register an account or place any bet or wager.

By accessing or using Bet PK you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and are not acting under any external compulsion.
• You understand that online gaming and sports betting carry financial risk and that you may lose money wagered.

If at any point you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should stop using the platform immediately and close your account.

02 Eligibility

To register and use Bet PK you must meet the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Bet PK is strictly an adult platform. If we have reason to believe that a user is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and any funds held pending verification.
• Capacity: You must be of sound mind and acting in your own capacity. You must not be under the influence of substances that impair your judgement when placing bets or making financial transactions.
• Sole use: The account must be used only by you. You must not allow third parties, including family members or friends, to access or use your account.
• Not self-excluded: If you have previously requested self-exclusion from Bet PK or any linked platform, you must not attempt to register a new account while the exclusion period is active.

Bet PK reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is completed.

03 Your Account

One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on Bet PK. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers or payment details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

Accurate information: You are required to provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth and contact details. Using false information to register is prohibited.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Bet PK support immediately. We will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Account currency: All Bet PK accounts operate exclusively in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). There is no option to switch to another currency.

Account closure: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after identity checks are satisfied. Pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcomes before the balance is released.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Supported payment methods: Bet PK currently supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, conventional bank transfer (IBFT), debit cards, credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. The full list of available methods is displayed on the Deposit page and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits in PKR: All deposits must be made in Pakistani Rupees. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are shown on the deposit screen at the time of transaction. Bet PK does not charge any additional processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposit processing: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically processed instantly once approved in your mobile wallet app. Bank transfers via Raast or IBFT may take longer depending on your bank. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. Processing times vary by method — mobile wallet withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfers. You must complete any identity verification requirements before your first withdrawal can be processed.

Withdrawal conditions: Bet PK reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing large withdrawals. Funds that are subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the terms of the specific bonus offer.

Dormant accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. We will attempt to notify you before any administrative fee is applied to a dormant balance. Please log in regularly or contact support if you wish to maintain your account balance.

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

Placing bets: Once a bet has been confirmed on Bet PK it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended. Always review your selection, stake amount and odds carefully before confirming. It is your responsibility to ensure all bet details are correct at the time of confirmation.

Cricket and PSL betting: Cricket is the primary sport on the Bet PK platform. This includes Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, ODI series and Test matches. Pre-match odds are set by the platform and may change before the event begins. In-play betting is available on selected markets during live matches and odds are updated in real time.

Other sports and esports: Football, esports and other sports are also available for betting. The same rules regarding bet confirmation and finality apply to all sports markets equally.

Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, technical errors resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, or events being abandoned before the minimum required play is completed. Voided bets are refunded to your account balance.

Casino and game products: Bet PK offers live casino games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat), fish shooting games, bingo rooms and slots. Each product type operates under its own in-game rules. By playing any game you accept the rules of that game as displayed within the platform. The house edge applies to all casino and gaming products.

Disputed outcomes: In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or game, the decision of the Bet PK platform is final. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event settling. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

Technical errors: If a technical fault affects the integrity of a game session or bet, Bet PK reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the stake. We are not liable for losses arising from technical issues outside our reasonable control, including internet connectivity problems on the player's end.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Bet PK offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific offer states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Time limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• One active bonus: Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously is not permitted.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are intended for new or returning players as specified in the offer terms. Bet PK reserves the right to determine eligibility and to decline a bonus claim at its discretion.
• Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate or exploit bonuses — including creating multiple accounts, coordinating with other players, or using strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in the bonus being voided, associated winnings forfeited and the account suspended.
• Changes: Bet PK may modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to an account in good standing.

07 VIP Programme

The Bet PK VIP programme rewards players based on their wagering activity across all sections of the platform, including sports betting, live casino, fish games, bingo and slots. VIP points are accumulated automatically — there is no manual opt-in required.

• Tier progression: The programme consists of four tiers: Standard, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Account tier is determined by cumulative VIP points. Points thresholds for each tier are published in the VIP section of the platform.
• Benefits: Each tier level provides progressively better cashback rates, higher bonus ceilings and access to enhanced features. Platinum tier players additionally receive priority support access and exclusive table access in the live casino.
• Points calculation: Points are calculated based on the PKR amount wagered. Different product types may have different point-earning rates. The current earning rates are displayed in the VIP section.
• Tier maintenance: Bet PK may introduce tier maintenance requirements in future. Any such changes will be communicated to players in advance. Currently, tier status is based on all-time accumulated points.
• VIP abuse: Any attempt to artificially accumulate VIP points through prohibited means, including bet cancellations, exploitation of system errors or collusion, will result in points being removed and the account reviewed under the prohibited conduct policy.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bet PK. Engaging in any of the below will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known bugs must be reported and will be voided.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account.
• Any form of cheating, fraud or misrepresentation in connection with your account or any bet placed.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards Bet PK staff or other players.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the Bet PK platform — including the site design, logos, graphics, text, software, game assets, data and any other materials — is the property of Bet PK or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce or redistribute any platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any platform software.
• Use any content from Bet PK for commercial purposes without express written permission.
• Scrape, harvest or extract data from the platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of Bet PK intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

Bet PK provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is reliable, accurate and available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the fullest extent permitted, Bet PK shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your own betting or gaming decisions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Interruptions to the service caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Inaccuracies in displayed odds or game outcomes caused by data feed errors, provided these are corrected as soon as practically possible after discovery.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits Bet PK's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data

Bet PK collects and processes personal data in connection with your account registration, transactions and platform usage. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering an account you consent to Bet PK collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes your name, contact details, transaction history and gameplay data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we use appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your information secure.

You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal retention obligations that apply to financial records. Contact support to make a data request.

12 Responsible Gaming

Bet PK is an entertainment platform for adults. We take the wellbeing of our players seriously and we encourage all users to approach the platform as a leisure activity with a defined PKR budget, not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

We strongly encourage all players to:

• Set a PKR budget before each session and stick to it regardless of outcomes.
• Use screen time management tools on your phone to limit the time spent on the platform.
• Take regular breaks and never play for extended periods under stress, fatigue or emotional distress.
• Never chase losses — if a session is going badly, the right response is to stop, not to increase stakes.

13 Changes to These Terms

Bet PK reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users — for example through a notification when you next log in. However, it is your responsibility to check this page periodically and remain aware of the current Terms.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
