Account & Login

Head to the Register page and fill in your mobile number or email address, choose a strong password and enter a few basic personal details. The whole process takes under two minutes. Once done your account is immediately active and you can make your first deposit and start betting straight away.

On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. You will be asked to verify your registered mobile number or email. Once verified, you can set a new password and regain access immediately. Your balance, betting history and active bonuses remain untouched throughout the recovery process.

No. Each person is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts are against our Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being suspended and any associated balances being forfeited. If you are having trouble accessing your existing account, please use the password recovery option or check our Terms and Conditions page for more detail.

Log in to your account and navigate to the Profile or Account Settings section. You can update your contact details there. For security reasons, a verification step is required before the new number or email address becomes active on your account.
Deposits

BetPK supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. Head to the Deposit page after logging in to see the full list of available methods and their current minimum and maximum limits.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within 30 to 60 seconds. Raast transfers are usually instant as well. Bank transfers can take anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Card payments normally appear within one to three minutes. If your deposit has not shown up after 30 minutes, check the transaction status in your wallet app first before contacting support.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed clearly on the Deposit page before you confirm any transaction. Generally, mobile wallet methods like JazzCash and Easypaisa have lower minimums, making them practical for members who prefer to top up in smaller amounts more frequently.

First, open your JazzCash, Easypaisa or banking app and confirm the transaction completed on your end. If the money left your wallet but has not appeared in your BetPK balance after 30 minutes, note down the transaction reference number from your payment app and contact our support team through the platform. Do not attempt a second deposit for the same amount until the first one is resolved.
Withdrawals

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal section from your dashboard. Select your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Withdrawals are processed in order and most complete within one hour during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank.

Most withdrawals process quickly, but during peak periods — especially on PSL match days or after major international cricket results — volumes are higher and processing can take a bit longer. Additionally, if your account has an unmet bonus wagering requirement, the withdrawal may be held until that condition is cleared. Check your bonus status from the account dashboard first.

BetPK does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider — your bank or mobile wallet — may apply their own transaction charges on incoming transfers. These are outside BetPK's control. Check your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank's fee schedule if you notice a small deduction on arrival.
Cricket & Sports Betting

BetPK covers a wide range of cricket markets including match winner, toss winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs per over, fall of next wicket and many more. PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, bilateral Pakistan series and major global tournaments like the T20 World Cup are all available. Visit the Bet page to browse live and upcoming markets.

If a match is abandoned before a result is possible — due to rain, pitch conditions or other reasons — most pre-match bets are voided and stakes are returned to your balance automatically within 24 hours. For live in-play bets already settled by the DLS method, the result stands. Specific rules for each market are shown on the bet slip before you confirm.

BetPK displays odds in decimal format by default. For example, odds of 2.50 on a PKR 500 bet means a total return of PKR 1,250 — your original PKR 500 stake plus PKR 750 profit. The higher the decimal odds, the less likely the outcome is considered to be but the larger the potential payout. Your potential return is always shown on the bet slip before you confirm.

Yes. Alongside cricket, BetPK covers major football leagues and international fixtures as well as popular esports tournaments. The availability of specific matches and events depends on the current schedule. Check the Bet page for what is live or coming up in the next 24 hours.
Bonuses & Promotions

A wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling a certain multiple of your bonus amount before you can withdraw the bonus as cash. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means placing PKR 10,000 in total bets across eligible markets. Progress is tracked automatically in your dashboard and updates in real time as qualifying bets are settled.

No. Bonus funds must meet the wagering requirement first. You can always withdraw your real-money balance that is separate from active bonus funds. If you choose to forfeit an active bonus, you can do so from the promotions section of your account — but the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed immediately.

Active promotions are listed in the Promotions section of your account dashboard once you are logged in. Some offers are applied automatically when you make a qualifying deposit, while others require you to opt in first. Read the individual offer terms carefully so you know which markets count towards wagering and what the expiry date is.
Mobile App

The BetPK Android APK is available directly from our Download page. Tap the download button, allow your phone to install apps from unknown sources (found in your Android Settings under Security or Privacy), then open the downloaded APK file and follow the on-screen steps. The app installs in under a minute and uses the same login credentials as the website.

The most common reason is that "Install unknown apps" is not enabled for your browser or file manager. Go to Settings → Security (or Privacy on newer Android) → Install unknown apps, find your browser or Files app in the list and toggle it on. Then retry the installation. If the issue persists, make sure you have at least 100 MB of free storage and that your Android version is 6.0 or above.

Currently the dedicated app is Android only. iPhone users can access the full BetPK platform through the mobile browser on Safari or Chrome — the site is fully responsive and works well on all iOS devices. Bookmark the page to your home screen for a near-app experience without needing to download anything.
Security

Use a password that is at least ten characters long and combines upper and lower case letters with numbers. Never share your password with anyone. Do not use your phone number, date of birth or simple patterns like "123456" as a password. Log out after each session if you are on a shared device. Enable two-step verification from your account settings if available.

Change your password immediately using the "Forgot password?" option on the Login page. Also update the password on your registered email or mobile wallet if it was the same or similar. Then contact BetPK support through the platform to report the suspected breach. Our team can review recent login activity and help secure your account further.
Responsible Gaming

Yes. BetPK encourages all members to set personal deposit limits. You can configure daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit has a cooling-off period to prevent impulsive changes.

If you feel you need a break, you can use the self-exclusion option in your account settings to temporarily suspend your account for a set period. During this time you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. More information is available on our Responsible Gaming page. BetPK is a platform for adults aged 18 and above only.

If you feel that betting is taking up too much of your time or money, take a step back. Set strict budget limits for yourself before playing and stick to them.
